By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or receiving treatment at Enhance Enrich Refine – Aesthetics by Tam, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law and relevant health regulations.
2. Services

All treatments are performed by a qualified cosmetic registered nurse

Treatments are tailored to individual needs and suitability

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe
3. Bookings & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

Bookings can be made via our website or booking platform (e.g. Juv’ae)

Appointments are not confirmed until deposit/payment is received
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Minimum 24–48 hours notice is required to reschedule

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings
5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice

Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

We accept approved payment methods (card, etc.)
6. Refund Policy
We operate under a strict no refund policy.

Treatments are non-refundable

Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable

Results vary between individuals
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge:

Risks, side effects, and downtime have been explained

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Failure to do so may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
9. Photos & Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken for documentation

Images will only be used for marketing with your written consent

You may withdraw consent at any time
10. Products

Products are non-refundable once opened or used

Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with Australian law
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for adverse outcomes where aftercare instructions were not followed

Nothing in this agreement excludes your legal rights.
12. Privacy
