At Enhance Enrich Refine – Aesthetics by Tam, we operate under a strict no refund policy for all treatments and services.

All payments made for services are non-refundable, including:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Missed or forgotten appointments

2. Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic and skin treatments are subjective and results may vary between individuals.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that:

• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

• Multiple sessions may be required

• Individual responses differ

3. Deposits & Prepaid Treatments

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferred with adequate notice (see cancellation policy if you’d like me to add that too)

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

• Skincare products are non-refundable once opened or used

• Faulty products may be exchanged in accordance with Australian law

5. Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under law.

You may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if:

• A service is not provided with due care and skill

• A product is faulty or not as described
