My name is Tam, a registered nurse and the founder of Enhance Enrich Refine – Aesthetics by Tam in Hervey Bay.

A Passion for Nursing

I began my nursing career 17 years ago. I worked across a wide range of healthcare settings. Throughout my career, I gained experience in many different areas of nursing. This experience gave me a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of patient care.

For the next two and a half years, our lives revolved around hospital visits, treatments, and navigating one of the most challenging experiences any parent can face. During this time, I stepped away from aesthetics to focus on being present for my family.

The experience changed me profoundly. It deepened my compassion, resilience, and appreciation for health and life.
